I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although there was a slight odd odor upon entering. The staff was extremely personable, friendly, and helpful, going out of their way to coordinate our visit to the Biltmore. The location was convenient, with easy access to various areas of Asheville within a short drive. Sadly, the dining experience was a bit lacking in terms of options and seemed somewhat overpriced.
